Risk Assessment: We conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in our workplace and client sites. 

Safe Systems of Work: We develop and implement safe systems of work for all our activities. 

Training: We provide appropriate health and safety training to all employees and ensure they are competent to carry out their roles safely. 

Communication: We maintain open channels of communication on health and safety matters with employees, clients, and candidates. 

Equipment: We ensure that all equipment used is safe and properly maintained. 

Emergency Procedures: We have clear procedures for emergencies such as fire, first aid, and evacuation. 

Monitoring and Review: We regularly monitor and review our health and safety performance and procedures. 

Implementation: 

All employees are responsible for working safely and reporting any health and safety concerns. 

Management is responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring compliance. 

We will review this policy annually and update it as necessary. 

Reporting: 

 
Any accidents, incidents, or near-misses must be reported immediately to the designated health and safety representative – Keeley Anthony.
